[BOB'S HOME] Bob's Quaint Summer Villa

Post by The Cracken on Sat Jul 13, 2013 12:11 am

Spoiler:

It's summer, so I decided to build Bob a lovely little house where he can relax and enjoy some plastic tea. Lots and lots of tea. Especially if he has guests. And especially if those guests are British. And named Elli. What was I talking about?

Um. So, I totally planned on entering this competition myself, but didn't get around to it... So, literally at 11:59 PM, I ran into my room and put this together and got back to the computer at 12:00 AM. VICTORY. Razz

You can consider this a joke entry. Razz

That really weird moment when the model you spent more than a month working on and put 35,000 LEGO bricks into is deemed inferior to a model that took one minute and is a mere 2 bricks... Razz

It's simple, yet full of complexity and character. It reflects Bob perfectly. Bob wouldn't have a mansion, but something more like Cracker's entry.

Were it a coolest-looking house contest, you'd win, but this is a house for Bob.

This house suits Bob PERFECTLY.

Joshy has definitely won this one.
He's like that student in the Psychology class for the final exam.

Essay Question from the prof:
"How do you convince me that this chair in front of me doesn't exist?"

All the students spend the full hour on it, but Joshy gets it done in five seconds and gets the best grade in the class with these two words:

"What chair?"

Razz LOL

Ze power of simplicity. Razz

If I were Bob, I'd take the mansion, pop two of the 35,000 bricks off, make this one, and live in it, inside the Mansion.

It's houseception.
